Contracts will be awarded according to the most economically advantageous tender. The contract will be run in accordance with the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 (MTC 2016). To assist PCH is delivering the highest quality of service to its customers, the supplier will be required to demonstrate commitment to a customer focused quality service by achieving measurable performance levels throughout the duration of the contract against KPI's.
