## Notice

ESPO is establishing a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of consultancy services for Decarbonisation / Net Zero Strategies. This is an ESPO national framework for the provision of consultancy and project management services in relation to the renewable and low carbon energy sector. This may include objective advice relating to net zero strategy and carbon reduction programmes including the identification of low carbon options with recommendations as well as implementation and delivery advice. The framework consists of 2 Lots based on total contract value. Lot 1 - Consultancy services for decarbonisation / net zero strategies (Consultancy requirements under PS50,000) This Lot is designed to appeal to Customers with smaller Consultancy requirements for decarbonisation / net zero strategies with a total assessed value for consultancy services under PS50,000. Lot 2 - Consultancy services for decarbonisation / net zero strategies (Consultancy requirements of PS50,000 and over) This Lot is designed to appeal to Customers with large Consultancy requirements for decarbonisation / net zero strategies with a total assessed value for consultancy services of PS50,000 and over.

This Lot is designed to appeal to Customers with smaller Consultancy requirements for decarbonisation / net zero strategies with a total assessed value for consultancy services under PS50,000.

Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated in Section II.1.7 includes the option period.

Lot 2 - Consultancy services for Decarbonisation / Net Zero Strategies (Consultancy requirements of PS50,000 and over)

This Lot is designed to appeal to Customers with large Consultancy requirements for decarbonisation / net zero strategies with a total assessed value for consultancy services of PS50,000 and over.
