The key elements of the provision consist of the following: * Scheduled Maintenance of Intruder Alarm Systems And Associated Equipment * Scheduled Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems And Associated Equipment * Monitoring Of Intruder Alarm System * Monitoring Of Fire Alarm System * Monitoring & Scheduled Maintenance Access Control Systems * Maintenance & Service of Fire Extinguisher & Fire Blankets * Remedial Work And Supply of Materials For Above * Appointed Contractor Will Be Required To Do A Comprehensive Asset Schedule Prior To The Start Date of The Contract And Provide Annual Comprehensive Asset Schedules As Part of This Tender Opportunity * Maintenance Service As Per Specification Per Annum
