The Partner will have the financial means, relevant experience, skills and resources, and will adopt a partnership working approach that will add and supplement to the partnering ethos of NEC4 and promote collaborative working prior, during, and post construction. The Partner could be a single organisation or group of organisations that bring together the necessary expertise, techniques, and collaborative approach to partnership working.
