Riverside have procured a new framework for the delivery of disrepair and complex work in England and Wales. This framework will comprises 12 regional lots, across two value bands. Lots 1a-1l will covers work up to PS500k and Lots 2a - 2l will covers works over PS500k. The scope of the framework also includes, WIP management and responsive repairs support, minor work and voids support services. The framework will have the flexibility for authorised users to call off individual projects and long term support as required.

This lot covers smaller disrepair and complex works up to PS500k in the North East of England, likely to be to individual properties and may include, but not restricted to work such as disrepair, complex work, WIP management, responsive repairs support services, minor works and void support services.
