Services to be provided : 

Water temperature taking and logging
* Water sampling legionnaires/pseudomonas and reporting thereof
* Dosing of water treatment chemicals (including the provision of chemicals)
* Quarterly showerhead cleaning
* TMV PPM
* Calorifier PPM
* Chlorine Dioxide unit PPM
* Cold water storage tank inspection
* Provision of an on-line water treatment logbook to store/manage and control the above for the Trust or reporting to the trust appointed CAFM.

### Procurement Information
