Lot 1

Norfolk County Council have awarded a contract to initially provide care assessments and support plans for older people and those with physical disabilities. Subject to satisfactory performance and funding, Norfolk County Council may wish to extend the requirement into other client groups such as learning disability and/ or autism and mental health and this may extend the period of the contract. Additional information: The value given is for the initial 12 month period. The Council reserves the right to extend the contract by up to 12 months and/or include Occupational Therapy assessments.

Options: The bidder may be able to offer Occupational Therapy Assessments. This is over and above the estimated value and the Council reserves the right to use this option or run a separate procurement exercise.
