### Lot Information

Lot 1

The purpose of this contract is to provide a mechanism for GP's to authorise a patient, that they have seen through a telemedicine consultation for an acute respiratory illness, to receive a swab kit that they can self-administer. Completed tests would be sent by the patient for laboratory testing (Currently testing is provided by a UKHSA lab). Test results would be issued to the service provider, who would in turn notify both the patient and GP

Options: The total contract is for a period of 5 years through an initial 2 years plus a 2 year plus 1 year potential extensions.
