## Summary

The Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are planning to recommission Healthy Lifestyle services under the title "Integrated Healthy Lifestyles - Market Testing." The procurement falls under the Health and social work services industry category and is aimed at reducing risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease and lifestyle-related cancers. The process involves a series of engagement workshops in May and June to discuss service priorities, good practices, and challenges. This tender presents an opportunity for businesses involved in health services to engage with local authorities and shape service design to meet resident needs. Organisations offering adult weight management, physical activity courses, smoking cessation, and NHS Health Checks promotion would be well-suited to compete. The procurement method is through a planned tender stage, with the buying organisation being capitalEsourcing based in London, UK.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will soon be recommissioning Healthy Lifestyle services with the aim to have new services in place for 1 January 2024. The Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service aims to reduce risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD) and lifestyle related cancers. The current service provides adult weight management courses, group physical activity courses, smoking cessation, training to professionals and NHS Health Checks promotion. To support the re-procurement, we want to host a series of engagement workshop opportunities in May and June with potential providers. The workshops will provide an opportunity to discuss the existing services, identify gaps, service priorities, good practice, and challenges to help us to develop a proposed model and service outcomes to continue to reduce health inequalities for our local populations. We are keen to hear your views and utilise your expertise to commission high-quality services. We are interested in hearing from a range of organisations that can shape the service design to meet the needs of residents. Participation in these engagement opportunities does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the Council and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered.
