## Notice

Background and Overview of the ProjectSurvey-grade GNSS underpins all field data capture in OS. This tender is to purchase a minimum of 240 replacement or lease 240 GNSS survey receivers (hardware) for use by the field team. In order that the tender encompasses a potential purchase OR lease-based contract award, the tender shall be split into two 'Lots'. Lot 1 shall apply to a purchase contract, Lot 2 shall apply to a lease contract. Only one Lot shall be awarded as a result of this Tender. OS reserve the right to not award contract for one or either Lot at its sole discretion.
