It is the intention of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire (PCC) to award a contract to a suitably experienced Provider to deliver a mandatory early intervention perpetrator programme and a voluntary perpetrator programme in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This service will be known as the "Nottinghamshire Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Service. Additional information: The quality element for this tender is on a pass/fail basis. Bidders will need to score at least 45% of the possible 75% quality criteria in order to have their pricing evaluated. Bidders who do not score at least 45% in quality will receive a fail assessment and therefore, unsuccessful in their bid.
