### Lot Information

Lot 1

The service provider will develop a responsive service based within Kilmarnock Road, Mauchline 24/7 all year round which consists of a flatted development, one of which is for the service provider to occupy as staff accommodation and 2 bungalows. The service provider will support and provide unscheduled care to tenants who have a range of complex needs and be responsible for all night time, unscheduled and emergency care. The service provider will require to enter into a lease agreement with the Council for the staff accommodation occupied by them at Kilmarnock Road, Mauchline. Additional information: Term is 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years
