## Notice

This lot is aimed at enabling people and providing them with the opportunities to develop their skills, gain independence and to achieve their personal outcomes.If you have already been appointed to Lot 1 of this Framework, you do not need to reapply. This is for new providers only.

We wish to reopen Lot 1 and invite new applicants to apply.Lots 1 - is for providers of support to adults with Learning Disabilities. This lot is aimed at enabling people and providing them with the opportunities to develop their skills, gain independence and to achieve their personal outcomes. Additional information: We reserve the right to update the framework agreement and all schedules or to add new lots where requirements have not been identified at the outset of this framework.

Renewal: The duration quoted is for the initial 5-year period plus the option to extend for a further 5 years. The value quoted is an estimation.
