In line with the overarching summary above, the supplier will provide a comprehensive programme of Adult Social Care Improvement and Support Infrastructure to enable local authorities to lead their own improvement, and to enable the Authority to understand what's working well and what isn't in the sector and help do something about it through agreed information sharing. Through the Improvement and Support core Infrastructure the Supplier shall:
* Design and deliver a comprehensive range of support options for Local Authorities and their local systems. Tailoring the support to specific local needs is a particularly vital aspect, which may involve responsively flexing support to Local Authorities and regional leaders in adult social care in an iterative way.
