The overarching strategic aim is to improve adult skills levels, increasing literacy, numeracy and digital skills for life and work. HCC will also work through the employer networks, not only to promote and deliver Multiply, but also to encourage employers to diversify the talent pool that they draw from and support neurodiversity within their workforce, helping them to address identified skills needs alongside providing opportunities for people with additional needs.
