Trees must be maintained in a safe manner to ensure users of the Public Highway, Council owned properties and Council maintained land are as safe as is reasonably practicable.To enable resulting tree works to be delivered, ODS wishes to utilise competent contractors/persons due to the high risks associated with arboricultural works. In light of this, ODS has a requirement for a framework agreement to provide high quality specialist Arboricultural Services.
