In order to maintain installed instances of software to current release levels and retain access to patches including security patches, thereby helping to guard against service degradation and interruption, it is imperative that this software is subject to unbroken coverage by an appropriate level of vendor support and this is required for a period of 12 months from 1st June 2023. Additional information: The term and conditions relating to this purchase are provided in the Contract, which matches the Contract number cited in the narrative to this Purchase Order and are specific to this Contract.
