The Provider (Tenderer) will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of service and working with Derry City and Strabane District Council to implement the contract to allow for a seamless transition of service. This contract is being let as two Lots. Tenderer may apply for any and all Lots. Lot 1 Provide an Employee Health Care Cash Plan, to include optician, dental, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computerised tomography (CT) scanning and Positron emission tomography (PET) scanning etc. Lot 2 Employee Assistance Programme Services to provide staff with free access, 24/7, 365 days per year, to confidential advice on the phone and on-line. To provide staff support where required through face to face counselling. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
