### Procurement Information

A contract was let in 2019 to Lorne Stewart for the provision of Servicing and Maintenance Contract to the Corporate Property Portfolio. The contract was let for a value of PS11,230,225.19 and has been extend by up to 50% (complaint under PCR Reg 72). This contract was let to amalgamate numerous smaller contracts and future demand was estimated based on historical spend however during the life of the contract demand for specified services has increased and thus there is now insufficient funds remaining on the contract to see through to completion (30th April 2024). Due to the complex nature of requirements the council wish to direct award additional works to Lorne Stewart to see the contract through to completion, allowing sufficient time successfully re-procure and implement a new agreement.
