## Notice

Lot 1

The Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Community Equipment Service (BLMK CES) is commissioned by a decision-making Consortium between:* Bedford Borough Council (BBC)* Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC)* Luton Borough Council (LBC)* Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC)* Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (BLMK ICB)Central Bedfordshire Council (the Council) will enter into the Framework agreement with the Service Provider on behalf of the Consortium.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement may be further extended by the Council, in two additional blocks (a) by 3 years and (b) by a further 2 years. The term of a Call-Off Contract may not exceed the term of the Framework Agreement and any extension made to that Framework Agreement.
