The List of Spare Part and Costs will be agreed and rates will be frozen for the entire duration of the contract. The initial contract will be for a period of Two (2) years, with the provision to for an in-scope costed extension for Three (3) more years, subject to satisfactory performance provided by the selected supplier and continued business requirement. Thereby the full lifetime of this contract shall be of 5 years from the tentative commencement date of 1st August 2023.
