Vehicle Leasing

This is a competition to establish a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework of vehicle leasing companies and vehicle manufacturers to supply Passenger and Commercial Vehicles to NHS Fleet Solutions (a division within the Authority). The Authority intends to establish two lots under this Framework: Lot 1 - Lease of Passenger and Commercial Vehicles Lot 2 - Supply of Passenger and Commercial Vehicles The Authority may award Call-Off Contracts to Lot 1 Suppliers under the Framework Agreement as further described in these ITT Instructions and in Schedule 7 of the Draft Framework Agreement. Following the receipt of a Request for Quote (as defined in Schedule 7 of the Draft Framework Agreement), the relevant Lot 1 Supplier shall award a Call-Off Contract to the relevant Lot 2 Supplier under the Framework Agreement as further described in these ITT Instructions and in Schedule 7 of the Draft Framework Agreement. Further details of the Authority's requirements under the Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract(s) and other relevant information are detailed in the Specification at ITT Schedule 1 (Specification) and the Draft Framework Agreement and Draft Call-Off Contract at ITT Schedule 7 (Draft Framework Agreement and Draft Call-Off Contract).
