Providers of Lot 6, items 16 and 19 to be appointed onto the Framework Agreement for the supply of Modelling Materials for use primarily in the education market. These products on the Framework are designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. ### Lot Information Oil Based Modelling Material This lot will cover Oil Based Modelling Material. Goods will be required to be delivered to YPO distribution centre in Wakefield. Options: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1st September 2023 to 31st August 2025 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 1st September 2023 to 31st August 2027 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance). Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date. Plant Based Modelling Material This lot will cover Plant Based Modelling Material. Goods will be required to be delivered to YPO distribution centre in Wakefield. Options: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1st September 2023 to 31st August 2025 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months.
