East Ayrshire Council (EAC) are looking to use this PIN exercise to engage with potential UPS suppliers, find out what options are available on the market and begin dialogue to scope out any future tender opportunity. We would welcome discussions with providers who have relevant knowledge and experience within the market who would be willing to share information on what products are available. The current UPS is a Chloride MP Net 80KVA UPS SGL NOBA of which there are two of these. EAC are looking for a replacement system of at least an equal specification to this. The batteries in this system were recently replaced with 80 (2x40) C&D Technologies UPS12-220MRX VRLA Blocs.
