The purpose of this tender is to centralise the control of the CCTV spend with the Security Team with an agreed supplier through a tender process This aligned with a CCTV policy being prepared will also enable tighter control of CCTV paperwork reducing the chance of data breaches and ensuring compliance with GDPR requirement The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between PS650 000 to PS675 000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between PS1100000 to PS1125000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.
