### Lot Information

Lot 1

The council conducted the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Invitation to Tender contained all information about the procurement process, the services and award criteria. The bids received were assessed against the advertised award criteria and the contract was awarded. The contract is for an initial period of 24 months, starting on 30th September 2023. There are TWO optional extensions available of up to TWELVE months each. These optional extensions are at the complete discretion of the council. The maximum length of the contract, including the optional extensions, is 48 months. The total value of the contract for the initial two years is PS1,050,000. The maximum value for the two initial years plus the two 12 month extensions is PS2,100,000.

Renewal: The council proposes to enter into the contract for an initial period of 24 months with the successful service provider. There are TWO optional extensions available of up to 12 months each. The maximum length of the contract, including the optional extensions, is 48 months. These optional extensions are at the complete discretion of the council.
