## Summary

The Norfolk County Council has recently completed the award of a Framework Agreement titled "Self-Neglect and Hoarding Support." This tender falls under the Welfare services not delivered through residential institutions category and aims to provide support to individuals living with self-neglect and hoarding challenges in Norfolk and Waveney. The procurement stage was an open procedure, with a contract value of £3,000,000. The initial term is for 4 years, extendable up to 10 years, and involves a range of providers offering various services such as decluttering, cleaning, and clearance.

This framework agreement offers a significant opportunity for service providers interested in addressing self-neglect and hoarding issues. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to participate, especially those with a compassionate approach and an understanding of trauma's impact on individuals. Providers should be able to offer tailored support, encompassing short- and longer-term solutions for managing belongings, homes, and living environments. The agreement also allows for partnerships with local authorities and other organisations in Norfolk to deliver these crucial services effectively.
