Renewal: It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded for an Initial Period of 3 years from the Commencement Date, with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions at WSCC's discretion by an additional 1 years in any combination.The Commencement Date shall be 1st October 2023.The maximum duration of the Contract Term will therefore be 4 years.
