Options: 2 x 12 month extension

Renewal: The initial term of the Contract will be for the period of 2 years from commencement but may be extended by mutual agreement by 2 increments of 1 years to an expiry date no later than 30/09/2026. The services will be subject of review in the 2nd year and the results of those reviews will inform the Council's decision whether or not to offer any extension.
