## Summary

The Environment Agency (EA) has awarded a Property Flood Resilience Framework (PFR2) to enable successful delivery of PFR schemes, protecting residential and commercial properties from flooding threats. The framework has two Lots for Survey, Options & Quality Assurance and Detailed Design & Construction. It will be delivered regionally through Integrated Delivery Teams (IDTs) and will run for a maximum of four years. The framework aims to meet the Agency's needs and may extend services to other government bodies and local authorities in England and Wales.

This tender for the Property Flood Resilience Framework 2 (PFR2) offers opportunities for businesses in the flood-prevention works industry. Companies specialising in consultative engineering, construction services, and flood-prevention works are well-suited to compete. The tender includes multiple Lots, providing options for potential suppliers to contribute to various geographical regions across England to enhance property flood resilience. Businesses with experience in delivering quality services and products in a cost-effective manner should consider participating in this open procurement process.
