## Summary

Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) is conducting a procurement process to replace its current MyINI Customer Portal, initially launched in 2017 as part of their overall Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This procurement falls under the services industry category, specifically focusing on Customer Relationship Management software development services. The contracting authority has planned an active procurement stage with the tender process initiated, and it is expected that the supplier will be appointed by December 2024. Key deadlines include the 'Go-Live' for Phase 1 by January 2026, and the contract will include an initial period of four years from Go-Live, with two optional extension periods of three years each. This procurement uses the open procedure method and is being held in Northern Ireland.

This tender provides significant opportunities for businesses specializing in CRM software development and support services. It entails not just the development of a next-generation customer portal but also its integration with existing back-office systems. The contract value, estimated at up to £12.5 million excluding VAT, reflects the potential scale and scope of the project, including optional extensions up to January 2036. Businesses that can offer comprehensive software package solutions, including software package interconnectivity, document management, communication software development, system storage, and content management are well-suited to compete. The high contract value and long-term engagement provide substantial growth potential for successful suppliers.
