This event, scheduled for Thursday 27th July 2023, aims to transform facilities management services across their estate, covering hard and soft facilities management. The Programme Launch event will be held at Newbold Revel, Rugby (CV23 0TH). The Ministry of Justice is inviting suppliers and potential supply chain members to engage with them and network with other participants. The opportunity to tender for these services will be offered via Crown Commercial Services Frameworks in 2024. This tender presents an opportunity for businesses in the facilities management services industry to engage with the Ministry of Justice's Property Transformation Programme. Suppliers, particularly those on the Crown Commercial Services Frameworks for facilities management and workplace services, will have the chance to participate in the launch event. Additionally, SMEs and other potential supply chain members are encouraged to apply for information sharing and networking opportunities. Interested parties must register by 7th July to attend the launch event and engage directly with the Ministry of Justice. ## Notice Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Property Transformation Programme (PTP) Launch Event- Thursday 27th July 2023 (10:00 a.m. arrival). This is an event to launch the Property Transformation Programme to the market, sharing our plans and expectations and will also offer suppliers and potential supply chain members the opportunity to engage with the MoJ and network with other market participants. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Property Transformation Programme is planning to transform facilities management delivery (FM) across the Prison, Probation and MoJ HQ estate, covering hard and soft facilities management. Our Launch event will be held in person at Newbold Revel, Rugby (CV23 0TH) on 27th July 2023. It is an opportunity for the MoJ to introduce the Property Transformation Programme, sharing our strategy and vision as well as timelines and plans and begin our open dialogue with the market. The day will offer the opportunity to engage and network with other market participants and we will also be holding sessions to allow suppliers to engage directly with MoJ. We are intending to bring the opportunity to tender for these services to the market via Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Frameworks; RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework and RM6168 Estate Management Services Framework in 2024. Those suppliers on the frameworks will be invited to this launch event but we would also like to extend the opportunity for SMEs and other potential supply chain members to apply to join us at the Programme Launch, for information sharing and networking. If you would like to take up the offer of a brief one-to-one engagement to discuss areas of particular interest, please indicate this in your email response.
