The Environment Agency intends to let a call off contract in Q2 2024 to provide new Particulate Matter expansion analysers for PM2.5 primarily at Near Source sites, with a smaller requirement for ongoing replacement of PM10 instruments. It is currently anticipated that installation, consumables and parts will be included. 

This planned procurement is the 2nd phase of the expansion to the network based on the new Environmental Targets (Fine Particulate Matter) (England) Regulations 2023.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

We intend to purchase automatic hourly PM2.5 analysers that are suitable for Near Source and/or industrial environments, and PM10 analysers to replace instruments as required on the existing network in all site environments. All analysers would be expected to operate primarily on the UK's Automatic Urban and Rural Network

The current intention is to run a Multi-Lot Open Competition for a Call off contract, with a single supplier being awarded each Lot. Additional information: This notice is for information only.
