LOT 2 Children and Young People Targeted Substance Use Service Tier 2 targeted substance use service for children and young people aged 18 (see exclusion) and under to screen higher risk populations throughout Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) to: * Identify young people using drugs or alcohol and other psychoactive substances * Deliver interventions aimed at reducing harm * Refer to the specialist service where more intensive support is required. To commence on 01 April 2024 for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend for three 24-month periods, total maximum contract period 10 years, subject to performance and evaluation.
