### Lot Information

Lot 1

To provide a school catering service for a set meal price across the schools. Key objectives, 1. Meal content uses quality seasonal ingredients and offers customers value for money. 2. Improve employee pay rates above the NMW where possible 3. Provide a sustainable catering service by reducing all catering related waste. Additional information: To express an interest in this notice please complete and return the attached Supplier Questionnaire by the deadline.

Options: The Trust will have the option to offer an extension of Contract after the Initial Period upto a maximum of 24 months.
