MCC are leading the procurement exercise and once awarded TCBC, BGCBC and Gwent Police will be able to use the framework to appoint suppliers for the following: Lot 1 - Commercial Gas and Oil Servicing Lot 2 - Kitchen Equipment (Gas) Servicing Lot 3 - Kitchen Canopy and Duct Cleaning Lot 4 - Fan Assisted Heaters Lot 5 - Air Conditioning Lot 6 - Air Handling Units Lot 7 - Portable Fire Fighting Equipment Maintenance and Servicing Lot 8 - Maintenance of Passenger and Goods Lifts Lot 9 - Legionella Lots 1 to 8 follow CLAW specifications and further guidance is included in the tender documents. A maximum of five suppliers will be appointed per lot and depending on the value of their requirements Councils will either award contracts by a call to competition or by direct award in rotation. ### Lot Information Commercial Gas and Oil Servicing This lot is for commercial gas and oil servicing.
