At very short notice July 2024 ceremonies have been instructed and we need continuity of supplier. ### Procurement Information To be procured under Regulation 32 of PCR2015 (Use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication). Alternative Graduation solution for July 2024 required to be mobilised urgently as a result of the intended venue falling through. Reg 32 (c) Extreme urgency created Reg 32 (9) "The negotiated procedure without prior publication may be used for new services consisting of the repetition of similar works or services entrusted to the economic operator to which the same contracting authority awarded an original contract, provided that such services are in conformity with a basic project for which the original contract was awarded following a procedure in accordance with regulation 26 (1) and (2)." Previously a LTR Procurement process awarded a multi-year contract to Danco in 2017 for the provision of graduation marquee services in the same location as the 2024 ceremony. Justification: The set-up and take down of the marquee for a 2024 graduation is the same format as prior years which Danco have been previously contracted to deliver for the University of Plymouth through a compliant Light Touch Regime process (79952000-2 (Event services).
