The existing Steam to DHW heat exchangers located within Basement Plant Room 2A have been identified for replacement and updating along with the associated steam, condense and domestic water services. The Contractor shall allow for the adaptation and replacement of the existing steam plate heat exchangers and condense within Plantroom 2A generally as indicated on the drawings. The Condense system shall be a common gravity system running back to the existing connection within the common condense main.
