The site will require landscaping upon completion to blend into the nature reserve setting. The worksite is formed by a restricted footprint immediately surrounding the structure and sits within an environmentally sensitive area, which will require limitations in access and methods of construction in order to mitigate ecologogical damage. A separate compound area will be provided a distance of 60m north from the structure. No diversions of Statutory Undertaker's plant are required, utilities in Stanhope road will only require a watching brief from statutory undertaker's engineers.
