Trivallis will require flexibility to accommodate the number of referrals if sickness absence fluctuates. Where required providing a face-to-face appointment at Ty Pennant Mill Street, Pontypridd, CF37 2SW and / or an alternative premises, if the telephone service is not possible. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required services.
