## Notice

The London Borough of Redbridge ("the Authority") is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Provision of rough sleeper complex needs accommodation The Contract shall commence on 1st October 2023 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue for a period of 18 months, terminating at midnight on 31st March 2025 ("the Contract Period"). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Provider, the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of 12 months providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 31st March 2026. Tender responses should be submitted via the portal by Midday (12 noon) Monday 7th August 2023.

Lot 1

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge ("the Authority") are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the contract for the provision of rough sleeper complex needs accommodation. The contract shall commence on the 1st April 2023 and shall continue up to and including the 31st March 2025 with an option to extend up to a further 24 months until 31st March 2026 ("the Contract Period"). The service will deliver 39 self-contained units of accommodation for rough sleepers with High/Medium or Low support needs. The continued provision of a rough sleeper service in Redbridge Council is integral to the Council's response to homelessness and protecting some of the most vulnerable people in the community. It is intended that this redesigned Rough Sleeper Accommodation Project will provide continuity of support for rough sleepers with multiple and complex needs. The total contract value, over the potential three-year contractual period, including extension options is PS1,437,579.00. The maximum contract value per annum is therefore, PS990,086.00
