Liverpool City Council will establish a dynamic purchasing system for SEN, social care and social inclusion passenger transport services. This will include the services of passenger assistants. Once established, the suppliers appointed to the dynamic purchasing system will be invited to bid for specific requirements which will be further detailed in the tender documents. Additional information: The dynamic purchasing system will be available for use by other authorities in the Liverpool City Region who will be able to access the suppliers appointed to the DPS and run their own further competitions..

Options: The initial term of the DPS will be 5 years and there will be an extension option of up to 60 months. The estimated value in this advert is for any contracts awarded as a result of a further competition during the full term of the DPS, including any extension options.
