### Lot Information

Lot 1

The scope of the contract includes but is not limited too:

Courier Services for Eastern Pathology Alliance for Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (NNUH), James Paget Hospital (JPH) and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).

Network Logistics Solutions for NNUH, JPH and QEH to deliver daily logistic solutions to Community Services including but not limited too:
Pharmacy
Pathology
Blood Sciences
Microbiology
Medical Records
Equipment
Shuttle Service

The service is expected to be 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with Ad-Hoc work to be included.

Options: Option to extend for 2 x 12-months after the initial term of 60-months comes to an end.

Renewal: option to extend for 2 x 12 months
