In particular, GGN will address and overcome the main constrains to green growth by expanding investment in green industries and services, improving climate-resilient infrastructure, and strengthening sustainable economic policy and facilitating economic opportunities across Nepal. The programme will work in the following areas: Component 1: Promote green growth and investments - Support economic and industrial strategy, policy and capability through technical assistance to federal and provincial governments - Strengthen Nepal's approach to attracting Foreign Direct Investment and developing Public Private Partnerships Component 2: Enabling investment in climate resilient infrastructure in cities Component 3: Deepen the financial sector and increase access to green and international finance
