The University of Dundee are seeking an external contractor to: - Manage the operations and maintenance of the Energy Centre and other boiler assets in Matthew Building and The Wellcome Trust Biocentre as outlined above. - This provision should include 24/7 coverage including planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance including out of hours provision.

Renewal: There will be an option to extend annually (up to a maximum of 5 years).
