Planned & Responsive Boiler Replacements to domestic dwellings

Renewal: This is an ongoing requirement and on expiry of the Framework the project will be re-procured

Boiler Replacement Works

Planned replacement of boilers, removal of secondary heating appliances and renewal/replacement of back boiler installations

Options: This Lot will run for a duration of 2 years with 2 x 12-month optional extension clauses to be activated at the discretion of the Client and in accordance with the Tender documents issued

Renewal: This Lot carries 2 x 12-month optional extension clauses

Energy Efficiency - Lot 3

Gentoo are seeking to procure multi-disciplinary Contractors to carry out the following combinations of works: - Renewal of Boiler systems to domestic dwellings.
