## Notice

The Authority is seeking bids from suitably qualified organisations to provide Citywide Advocacy services for both Adults and Children.Adult Social Care has a legal duty to secure the following statutory advocacy provisions: * Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) * Independent Mental Capacity Act Advocacy (IMCA) * Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA) * NHS Complaints Advocacy (ICAS) Children Services have a statutory responsibility to provide independent advocacy support for any young person looked after by the Council

Renewal: The initial contract agreement duration is for 36 months; however the Authority reserves the right to extend the duration of this agreement for up to 2 periods (1 + 1 years) up to a maximum of Twelve (12) months for each period, from the expiry of the initial term. If the full 2 years extension period is taken, the agreement shall have a potential value of PS3,000,000.00
