The borough has implemented traffic reduction measures in the interim to reduce traffic flow related load upon the structure. Therefore, in due course the authority will require the provision of design, management, and construction of these activities under a works contract. The Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not being used as a call for competition or to reduce timescales and as such economic operators will need to express interest in any future tender (if issued) once the appropriate contract notice/s are published in Find a Tender and/or Contracts Finder. The PIN invites Economic Operators to provide market feedback and input by completing the Request For Information (RFI), the RFI is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process.
