## Summary

HealthTrust Europe LLP (HTE), acting on behalf of Mid South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, is carrying out a central purchasing body activity to establish a framework agreement for Additional Capacity Planning Services, encompassing various Digital Health solutions and Mobile and Modular Theatre Solutions to UK contracting authorities, particularly those in health and social care sectors. The framework agreement, signed on 28 October 2024, includes Lots for Virtual Consultation, Remote Patient Monitoring Systems, and Operating Theatres, among others. The procurement method used was a selective procedure, with the framework intended to run for an initial period of 12 months, with extension options up to a maximum of 48 months, and significant opportunities remain available for businesses across different lots with a total contract value exceeding £3 billion.

This tender presents significant business growth opportunities, particularly for suppliers of digital health solutions, medical devices, modular buildings, and managed services. Suppliers such as Concept Care Solutions, Solcom Limited, Masimo Europe Ltd, and Stryker UK Ltd successfully secured contracts under respective lots, highlighting the demand for innovative healthcare solutions and services across the UK. Businesses that can offer virtual consultation platforms, remote monitoring systems, or supply and manage clinical and non-clinical modular buildings stand to gain substantial contracts. Furthermore, providers skilled in operational and administrative outsourcing can also find lucrative opportunities within the managed services lot.
