Initially the Princes Theatre hosted amateur pantomime productions until a decision was reached in 2009 to trial a professional company. Since then the annual pantomime at the Princes Theatre has become a firm favourite with local audiences and has become a Christmas tradition for families both in and out of the district.

Renewal: This Procurement will be a three year contract and will be subject to renewal for a new Pantomime in 2027/2028.
